| Abstract: | Práce obsahuje informace, které jsou cenné pro začínající firmy potýkající se s výběrem nového účetního softwaru, případně pro firmy, které v průběhu svého podnikání nejsou spokojeny se svým současným účetním softwarem a chtějí změnu. V úvodu práce jsou shrnuty legislativní požadavky kladené na formu vedení účetnictví. Dále jsou objasněny jednotlivé formy vedení účetnictví. Všechny metody jsou stručně charakterizovány a zároveň jsou uvedeny výhody a nevýhody těchto metod vedení účetnictví. Jsou rozebrána kritéria, která by měla firma hodnotit při výběru nového účetního softwaru. Je uvedeno, co všechno obnáší proces výběru a implementace účetního softwaru v malém podniku. V další kapitole je přehledně znázorněno rozdělení firem podle velikosti. Dále je charakterizována malá firma, jsou uvedeny její výhody a nevýhody, strategie používané v malé firmě a v neposlední řadě jsou uvedeny strategie využívané v malých firmách a struktura řízení malých firem. V praktické části je znázorněn proces výběru a implementace účetního softwaru na konkrétní firmě. |

| Abstract: | The work contains information valuable for companies commencing a business and facing selection of new accounting software or for companies that are not satisfied with their current accounting software in the course of their business development and want to make a change. The introduction of my work summarizes legislative requirements for the form of accounting management. There are also illustrations of various forms of accounting management presented there. All methods are briefly described and their advantages and disadvantages are mentioned. There are also analyses of standards which the company should evaluate when choosing new accounting software. They indicate what the process of selection and implementation of accounting software involves in a small business. The next chapter illustratively presents classification of companies by their size. There is a characteristic of a small company, with a list of its advantages and disadvantages as well as strategies used. Last but not least the chapter presents a survey of strategies used by small companies and management structure of small companies. The practical part shows the process of selection and implementation of accounting software for a specific company. |
