| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice náhradní rodinné výchovy. Práce se skládá z 5 kapitol, z nichž první se zabývá obecně rodinným právem. Druhá kapitola již obsahuje základní informace o náhradní rodinné výchově, včetně jejího historického vývoje. Následující kapitola pojednává o institutu registrovaného partnerství a vztahu k náhradní rodinné výchově. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na výsledky průzkumu ohledně názoru na osvojení, vč. názoru na registrované partnerství. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of alternative family care. The work consists of 5 chapters, the first of which deals with family law in general. The second chapter already contains basic information about the alternative family care, including its historical development. The next chapter describes the various forms of the alternative family care. The fourth chapter deals with the question of registered partnership and relationship to foster parenting. The last chapter focuses on the research findings, which investigated the view of people on learning, inc. opinion of a registered partnership. |
