| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a celkově porovnat pracovní poměr s dohodami o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr, vyzdvihnout jejich výhody a upozornit na nevýhody těchto vztahů, dále vyložit jejich změny, které souvisejí s letošní novelou zákoníku práce. První kapitola vysvětluje pojem pracovněprávních vztahů. Druhá kapitola se detailně zabývá pracovním poměrem od jeho založení až po způsoby skončení. Třetí kapitola popisuje dohody o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr, konkrétně dohodu o provedení práce a dohodu o pracovní činnosti. Čtvrtá kapitola přibližuje pojmy sociálního zabezpečení a zdravotního pojištění. Pátá kapitola se zaměřuje na závěrečné srovnání pracovněprávních vztahů. Teoretický výklad jednotlivých kapitol je doplněn o výstupy průzkumu provedeného pro účely této práce. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to describe and generally compare the employment relationship with the contracts concerning a work practised out of employment, highlight their advantages and draw attention to disadvantages of these relationships, as well as interpret their changes associated with the novel of the Labour Code. The first chapter explains the term of labour relations. The second chapter examines in detail the employment relationship from its origin to the ways of itd ending. The third chapter describes the contracts concerning a work practised out of employment, particularly contracts for work and an agreement on work activities. The fourth section introduces the concepts of social security and health insurance. The fifth chapter focuses on the final comparison of labour relations. Theoretical interpretation of each chapter is supplemented by the outcomes that were done for the purpose of this work. |
