| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou změny na trhu pojištění osob v současném období. Na začátku práce je vymezeno pojištění osob a charakterizovány jeho jednotlivé druhy. Dále je rozebrána problematika současného českého pojistného trhu se zaměřením na pojištění osob. V další části práce se lze setkat s popisem současné situace, ke které na pojistném trhu dochází, jaké změny a reformy jsou připravovány. Detailněji je zkoumána problematika tzv. antidiskriminační směrnice a její dopad na pojistný trh. V závěrečné části se objevuje analýza produktů, týkajících se odlišnosti pohlaví. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the changes in the personal insurance market in the current period. Personal insurance with its different types is defined at the beginning of the thesis. The thesis analyzes the issues of contemporary Czech insurance market with a focus on personal insurance. Changes and reforms that are being prepared appear in the next part of the thesis. A special chapter is focused on the anti-discrimination EU directive with its impact on the insurance market. The analysis of gender insurance products is defined at the end of the thesis. |
