| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu a optimalizaci procesů finančního oddělení firmy SJL, a.s. V první části práce jsou teoreticky uvedeny podnikové procesy, stručně charakterizována použitá metodika ARIS a softwarový nástroj pro modelování procesů v diagramech EPC ARIS Express. Posléze je popsána firma SJL, a.s. a její finanční oddělení a následná kapitola je věnována analýze vybraných procesů. Nakonec je každý proces vyhodnocen a na základě těchto výsledků jsou navrženy změny. Cílem práce je analyzovat vybrané procesy a vyhodnotit, zdali je současný stav připraven na předpokládaný větší objem zakázek a s tím spojený větší objem práce jako například přijímání a vydávání faktur. Přínosem bakalářské práce jsou sepsané návrhy změn pro finančního ředitele, které zefektivní chod finančního oddělení. |

| Abstract: | My work is focused on the analysis and optimization of processes in the financial depart-ment SJL, join-stock company. In the first part of my work there are mentioned processes of this company in a theory, there is briefly mentioned methodology ARIS modeling tool for business process analysis ARIS Express. Subsequently the company and its financial department is described. The following chapter is about analysis of processes chosen. Finally each of the process is evaluated and there are some changes suggested. To analyse and evaluate chosen processes is a target of my work. The question is if the current system is prepared for a bigger amount of contracts expected and more work presumed for example accepting and issuing of invoices. Presented proposals of changes for the financial director which will increase the efficiency of the financial department there is the contribution of my work |
