| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provést strategickou analýzu společnosti RACIO, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska práce. Teoretická část obsahuje popis metody externí a interní analýzy. Ve druhé, praktické části, je provedena aplikace metod strategické analýzy. V závěru práce jsou pomocí SWOT analýzy shrnuty dosavadní poznatky a formulována strategická doporučení pro podnik. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to make strategic analysis of a company RACIO, s.r.o. The Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains the theoretical background of the work, which describes methods of external and internal analysis. The practical part of the thesis applies the strategic analysis methods on the specified company. The findings of the thesis are summarized by using the SWOT analysis and the thesis concludes with certain strategic recommendations made for the company. |
