| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na založení jazykové školy, se zaměřením na anglický jazyk, v Kazachstánu. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je teoretická a obsahuje základní pojmy z oblasti podnikání a popisuje strukturu podnikatelského plánu a konkrétní postup při jeho tvorbě. Teoretická část také obsahuje důležité informace o zvláštnostech a podmínkách podnikání v Kazachstánu. Druhá část je část praktická a je tvořená samotným podnikatelským plánem jazykové školy. Praktická část má ověřit realizovatelnost podnikatelského plánu a vytvořit přehled o finanční stránce projektu. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the creation of a business plan to establish an English language school in Kazakhstan. The work consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and includes basic concepts from business and describes the structure of the business plan and concrete steps in its writing. The theoretical section also contains important information about the specific characteristics and conditions for business in Kazakhstan. The second part is practical and consists of a certain business plan on a language school. The practical part has to verify the feasibility of a business plan and to create an overview of the financial aspects of the project. |
