| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá analýzou českých a zahraničních e-shopů zaměřených na prodej elektroniky a počítačů. Práce se bude zaměřovat především na uživatelské testování použitelnosti, avšak v oblasti auditu budou také analyzovány přístupnost, optimalizace pro vyhledávače a technické zpracování stránek. Tato bakalářská práce bude rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V první částí budou představeny teoretické základy auditu, kde budou rozebrány základní praktiky a zásady používané v těchto oborech. V druhé části budou rozepsána jednotlivá kritéria auditu a bude zde také prezentován zkoumaný vzorek. Poté bude následovat vlastní audit, který se skládá z vyhodnocení uživatelských testů a tabulka vyhodnocení jednotlivých kritérií. Na konci práce budou uvedena doporučení pro auditované stránky. |

| Abstract: | This paper concerns with the analysis of Czech and foreign e-shops focused on selling electronics and computers. The paper will be focused especially on usability user testing, but there will be also analyzed accessibility, search engine optimization and technical processing of sites. This paper will be divided in the two main parts. In the first part there will be introduced theoretical basics of audit, where will be examined basic practices and principles used in these fields. In the second part there will be described single criteria of audit and there will be also presented studied sample. Then there will be separate audit, which consists of user evaluation tests and table of evaluation of single criteria. At the end of paper there will be recommendation for audited sites. |
