| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá archivací dokumentů se zaměřením na výkresovou dokumentaci ve firmě Mondi Štětí a.s., na popis co to je výkresová dokumentace a s jakými dalšími typy dokumentů se lze ve firmě setkat. Cílem bakalářské práce je zachycení způsobu archivace výkresové dokumentace ve firmě Mondi Štětí a.s., zhodnocení využití produktu Microsoft SharePoint 2010 a srovnání s původním způsobem archivace těchto dokumentů v listinné formě. Dokument je rozdělen do pěti částí. V první části je stručně popsaná charakteristika firmy Mondi Štětí a.s., předmět její činnosti a typy dokumentů se kterými firma denně pracuje. V následující části je popsán produkt Microsoft SharePoint 2010, který firma v současné době zavádí do provozu a zdůvodnění výběru právě tohoto softwaru. V další kapitole je popsán způsob digitalizace dokumentů a jejich užívání ve společnosti. A dále se zde nachází analýza využití Microsoft SharePointu 2010 v porovnání s ručním způsobem archivace, včetně vyhodnocení ankety, kterou jsem předložila zaměstnancům firmy. Přínosem bakalářské práce je podklad pro vedení firmy dokládající, že využití produktu Microsoft SharePoint 2010 je mnohem efektivnější, než vést archivaci v ruční podobě. Navíc analýzou starého systému archivace a analýzou nového způsobu získá firma Mondi Štětí a.s. představu o tom, zda je výhodné tento systém využít i na ostatní typy dokumentů, které jsou zatím pořád vedené pouze v papírové podobě. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with the archiving of documents focusing on the technical drawings in the company Mondi Štětí a.s. as well as the description of what the technical drawings are and what other types of documents can be encountered in the company. The aim of this work is to capture how have technical drawings been archived in Mondi Štětí a.s. and the evaluation of the use of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 compared with the original way of archiving these documents in paper form. The document is divided into five parts. The first part briefly describes the characteristics of the company Mondi Štětí a.s., its object of activity and types of documents with which the company operates daily. The next section describes Microsoft SharePoint 2010, which the company is currently implementing and justification of selecting precisely this software. The next chapter describes the process of document digitalization and the way of use in the company. Furthermore there is an analysis of using Microsoft SharePoint 2010 compared with manual archiving method including an evaluation survey, which I presented to employees of the company, stating that the use of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 is more effective that the manual archiving methods. In addition, by analysation of the old system of archiving comparing with the new method company acquires an idea of whether it is advantageous to use this system to other types of documents that are currently held only in paper form. |
