| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá moderními distribučními a komunikačními kanály v bankovnictví. Snahou je ukázat jednotlivé možnosti a překážky vybraných distribučních kanálů. Nalézt potenciál a odhadnout vývoj těchto kanálů do budoucna. Cílem práce je dále poskytnout poznatky, jak by se v tomto segmentu měly banky zachovat, pokud chtějí být konkurenceschopné, respektive získat alespoň počáteční konkurenční výhodu. |

The aim is to show particular possibilities and limits of the selected distribution channels, to find the potential and to estimate the development of these channels in the future. Another aim is to provide banks with the knowledge in this segment to keep in order to be able to compete or at least to gain an initial competitive advantage. |
