| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza komunálních voleb v roce 2010 v Českých Budějovicích. Kladu si zejména otázku, jaké konkrétní konflikty v období let 2006 -- 2010 destabilizovaly situaci v zastupitelstvu města České Budějovice, a co vedlo ODS k tomu, že podpořila odvolání svého primátora. Z tohoto hlediska je podstatné zjistit, zda se v daném období vytvářela "opoziční" skupina uvnitř ODS, která se z nějakých určitých důvodů stavěla při hlasování v závažných otázkách proti koalici. Otázkou také je, jak se vnitrostranické konflikty promítly do volebních programů hlavních aktérů a výsledků komunálních voleb v roce 2010. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is an analysis of local elections in 2010 in Ceske Budejovice. I try to answer the question, which specific conflicts in the period 2006 - 2010 destabilized the situation in the town council and why the Civic Democratic Party supported other representatives to dismiss the mayor. From this perspective, it is important to determine if there was created an "opposition" group within the Civic Democratic Party in the observed period, which voted together with the opposition parties in the town council. Another question is, how intra-party conflicts reflected the electoral programs of the main parties and if the conflicts had an impact on the results of local elections in 2010. |
