| Abstract: | Cíl této bakalářské práce spočívá v seznámení čtenáře s metodikami projektového řízení, konkrétně více do detailu s metodikami RUP a OpenUP a odhalení možností softwarové podpory pro metodiky obecně, s některými konkrétními částmi zaměřenými pro metodiku OpenUP. Přínosem této práce je hrubé zmapování aktuální nabídky softwaru pro podporu projektového řízení, s nalezením možných kombinací integrace tohoto software, pro co nejoptimálnější infrastrukturu, která by usnadnila práci při řízení a vývoji softwarových projektů. Nejprve se tedy práce zabývá rozdělením metodik projektového řízení, seznámením s existujícími metodikami a jejich hrubým popisem, s tím že dvě samostatné kapitoly se soustředí na více podrobný popis metodiky RUP a OpenUP. Druhá část práce se zabývá rozdělením softwarové podpory do kategorií, nalezením nástrojů, které by jednotlivé kategorie pokryly svou funkcionalitou a nakonec možnostmi integrace mezi jednotlivými nástroji. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this thesis is to familiarize readers with the project management methodology, specifically more in detail with OpenUP and RUP methodologies, and reveal the potential of software support for the methodology in general, with some specific parts being focused on OpenUP methodology. The benefit of this thesis is to map the current software offerings to support project management, finding the possible combinations of the integration software to optimize the infrastructure to facilitate the job of management and software development projects. First, the thesis deals with the allocation of project management methodology, familiarization with existing methodologies and a rough description, with two separate chapters that focus on more detailed description of the RUP and OpenUP. The second part deals with software support separation into categories, finding tools that cover different categories by its functionality and finally possibilities of integration between tools. |
