| Abstract: | Ve své práci se věnuji metodám a formám oslovení potenciálních klientů. Jde tedy především o to, jakými způsoby potenciální zákazníky oslovit a jak je zaujmout, aby začali uvažovat o nákupu našich firemních služeb a produktů. Tato práce má teoretický charakter a je rozdělena do třech částí. První část rozebírá konkrétní možnosti, jak potenciální klienty oslovit. Druhá část popisuje, jak se chovat a jednat při kontaktu s klientem po jeho úspěšném oslovení nebo při prezentaci před větším publikem. Poslední část je věnována výhodám BI systémů a popisu osob, se kterými přijdeme do styku při prodeji informačních systémů, a které rozhodnou, zda řešení do společnosti koupí. |

| Abstract: | In my work I deal with forms and methods of reaching potential clients. It is mainly about ways to reach potential customers and how they take to start thinking about buying our products and services company. This work is theoretical and is divided into three parts. The first part discusses specific ways to reach potential clients. The second section describes how to behave and act when we are in contact with the client, or when presenting for a wider audience. The last section is devoted to the benefits of BI systems, and describe people with whom we come into contact in the sale of information systems, and who decide about purchase our product or not. |
