| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá multikulturním vzděláváním v České republice. Z počátku teoreticky vymezuje pojem, příčiny vzniku, vysvětluje cíle a metody jeho zavádění do praxe. Následně mapuje situaci v ČR. Statisticky zkoumá počty cizinců v našem státě a jejich zastoupení v jednotlivých typech škol. Vymezuje cílové skupiny, charakter záměrného a nezáměrného vzdělávání a určité formy podpory. Další oddíl se zabývá projekty, které omezují předsudky a stereotypy a podporují vzájemnou toleranci mezi různými skupinami. Velká část je určena projektu EDISON, jenž je pořádán studentskou neziskovou organizací AIESEC. Je zde detailně rozebráno fungování, program, organizace, přínos a budoucnost projektu. V závěru je na základě všech informací z této práce navrhnuta podoba ideálního projektu podporujícího nejlepším způsobem multikulturní vzdělávání. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis discusses the issue of multicultural education in the Czech Republic. The first, theoretical part defines its concept and causes as well as it explains the objectives and methods of its implementation. The following part explores the situation in the country. Here, the number of foreigners in our country and their representation in various types of schools are examined. Also the target groups, intentional and unintentional nature of education and certain forms of support are defined. The next section deals with projects aimed at reducing prejudices and stereotypes and at promoting mutual tolerance between different groups. Big part of the thesis pays attention to presenting a real example of a multicultural education project called EDISON run by AIESEC, a non-profit student organization. The project functioning, program, organization, benefits and its future are closely described. In the final part, an ideal form of a multicultural education project will be suggested based on the information presented in this thesis. |
