| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá motivačními funkcemi v manažerském řídicím systému ve skutečné firmě. V úvodní teoretické části je popsáno několik poznatků a pojmů, úzce související s obsahem hlavní části práce. Hlavním cílem práce je samotný popis a fungování sledované obchodní společnosti v oblasti vytváření výsledků pod vlivem motivačních funkcí. Tyto funkce působí na oblastní manažery, jakožto na zaměstnance, kteří tyto výsledky vytvářejí. Prověření vazby systému měření výsledků a motivačního systému (což je jeden z cílů této práce) je popsáno v závěru. Zde je mimo jiné popsána i vazba mezi teoretickými poznatky a skutečně vykonávanými činnostmi sledované obchodní společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with motivational function in management control system in a real company. The opening and theoretical part of the thesis describe some pieces of knowledge and terms which are closely related to the content of the main part of the thesis. The main goals of the thesis are the description itself and function of the monitored company in generating bussines results under the influence of motivational functions. These functions also influence regional managers, who are the employess that produce these results. The inspection the links between system performance measurement and incentive system (which is one the goals of this thesis) is described at the conclusion. Here is among other things a description of the link between theoretical knowledge and actual activities of the monitored company. |
