| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti TBG Betonmix, a.s. v letech 2005-2010. Začátek této práce obsahuje základní informace o analyzovaném podniku včetně zhodnocení dodavatelského a odběratelského rizika a informuje o vývoji a prognóze odvětví, v němž podnik působí. V rámci teoretické části jsou uvedené informace a materiály, na jejichž základě se vypracovává finanční analýza a použité ukazatele a modely, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části. Jedná se o vertikální a horizontální analýzu rozvahy a výkazu zisků a ztrát, poměrové ukazatele -- likvidity, zadluženosti, rentability, aktivity, dále jsou použity některé predikční modely a celá analýza je doplněná i o výpočet ekonomického zisku pomocí hodnotového ukazatele EVA. Závěr podává zprávu o současném finančním zdraví podniku. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on evaluating the financial situation of TBG Betonmix a.s. between the years 2005-2010. The beginning of this paper contains some basic information about the analyzing of the company and informs of the progress and prognosis of the field, which this company operates in. In the theoretical part you can find information and materials, which the financial analysis was based on and the used indicators and models, which were subsequently applied in the practical part. It is the vertical and horizontal balance sheet and profit and loss statement analysis, financial ratios of -- liquidity, leverage, profitability, activity. Further on some prediction models are used and the profit calculation using the value indicator EVA is added to the full analysis. The ending gives you the report of the financial health of this company. |
