V teoretické části se popisuje struktura podnikatelského plánu, z čeho se skládá a jak se vypracovává. V praktické části je představen samotný záměr. Posouzení realizovatelnosti podnikatelského plánu. Tato práce by měla posloužit jako základ pro realizaci projektu. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's Thesis is concerned with constructing a business plan for the establishment of the company for profit in the hospitality industry. The Theory section describes the structure of the business plan, what it consists of and how to prepare this document. In the Practical part there is a business plan of a specific situation. It contains assessment of the feasibility of the plan. This work should serve as a basis for the project implementation. |
