| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je z pohledu pracovního kapitálu zhodnotit investiční projekt společnosti Kabelové bubny a bedny s.r.o. se sídlem ve Velkém Meziříčí - celkové vybudování nové firemní filiálky v Kladně. Důraz bude kladen na definování hlavních faktorů působících na likviditu a cash flow od začátku činnosti projektu. Bude srovnána plánovaná varianta vývoje společnosti bez projektu se skutečnou investiční variantou a následně zhodnoceny ukazatele pracovního kapitálu. Na základě hospodářských výsledků a finančního plánu do dalších let bude nakonec metodou volných peněžních toků pro vlastníky a věřitele stanovena hodnota projektu k roku 2008. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluace an investment project of company Kabelové bubny a bedny, Ltc. located in the Velké Meziříčí - overall construction of a new subsidiary company in Kladno. Emphasis will be placed on defining the main factors affecting on the development of working capital from the start of the project until today. It will be analyzed the working capital. It will be made a comparison of the planned alternative development project without a real investment option and subsequently evaluated indicators of working capital. Based on results of operations and financial plan in the coming years will ultimately be using free cash flow for owners and lenders to set value of the project in 2008. |
