| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářská práce je posoudit finanční situaci vinařské akciové společnosti ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO pomocí absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů, analýzy bankrotních a bonitních modelů, pyramidového rozkladu rentability vlastního kapitálu. Finanční zdraví podniku je dále srovnáno s obratově největšími konkurenty v odvětví. Finanční analýza vychází z dat výročních zpráv, které podnik vydal mezi léty 2005-2010, a je určena především pro investora. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to judge of financial situation of the wine-making joint-stock company ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO using absolute, differential indicator and ratios, analysis of creditworthy and bankruptcy models, pyramidal decomposition of return on equity. The financial health of the company is also compared with the sales-largest competitors in the wine-making industry. The financial analysis basis on data of annual reports issued by the company in the period of the years 2005 -- 2010 and is mainly intended for the investor. |
