| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na zdanění nemovitostí v České republice. První část práce se zabývá popisem právní úpravy daně z nemovitostí. Druhá část se věnuje prostředkům obcí na úpravu výnosů daně, tedy hlavně koeficientům. Ve třetí části jsou informace o výnosech daně z nemovitostí. Jsou zde popsány různé aspekty ovlivňující vývoj výnosů daně z nemovitostí a v závěru je práce zaměřena na určitou municipalitu. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor thesis is focused on realty taxes within Czech Republic. In first part it describes legislation issues of realty taxes. Next one is focused on municipality means over taxes yield, mainly coefficients. In third part there are information about realty taxes yields. Various aspects affecting these yields are described here. In conclusion, thesis deals with certain municipality. |
