| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou postavení žen na trhu práce, především žen s malými dětmi, a jejich znevýhodněným postavením vůči mužům. Zaměřuje se na návrat žen po rodičovské dovolené na trh práce, harmonizaci rodinného a pracovního života rodin s malými dětmi a využívané strategie a opatření, která pomáhají současnou situaci usnadnit. Pomocí analýzy situace žen s malými dětmi v okrese Nymburk jsou zjištěny největší problémy při hledání práce těmito ženami a následném sladění práce a rodiny. V závěru jsou navrhnuta reálná opatření, která by pomohla tuto situaci zlepšit. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with status of women in the labour market, especially women with small children, and their disadvantaged position to men. The thesis focuses on women return from parental leave to the labour market, the harmonization of work and family life of families with small children and used strategies and measures that help to facilitate the current situation. By analyzing the situation of women with small children in the district Nymburk are identified the biggest problems with finding job and with harmonization of work and family. At the end there are suggested the measures to help to improve the situation. |
