| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje zadávání veřejných zakázek, konkrétně v oblasti budov muzeí umění. První část se věnuje právní stránce veřejných zakázek, sdružení České komory architektů a jejímu Soutěžnímu řádu. Dále jsou zmíněny další možné postupy zadávání veřejných zakázek. Druhá část práce demonstruje postupy dvou muzeí umění, Západočeské galerie v Plzni a Muzea moderního umění v Olomouci, při vypisování architektonické soutěže na své nové budovy. Cílem práce je zjištění, zda jsou Soutěže o návrh nejvhodnějším způsobem zadání veřejné zakázky. Vypracování práce proběhlo za pomoci deskripce situace a analýzou dostupných materiálů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis describes the procedures of public procurement, specifically concerning art museum buildings. The first part is dedicated to the legal aspect of public procurement, the Czech Chamber of Architects and its competition code. Discussed also are other available methods of public procurement. The second part shows how the Gallery of West Bohemia in Pilsen and the Museum of Art Olomouc proceeded in the matter of announcing the architecture competition for their new buildings. The aim of this thesis is to ascertain whether proposal competitions are the most suitable method of public procurement. This thesis was completed through description of the situation and analysis of available materials. |
