| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou církevních památek jako komplexním a současným tématem. Metodologická část zahrnuje definice církve a náboženské společnosti, typologii církevních nemovitostí, a z historického hlediska především majetkové poměry nemovitostí ve vlastnictví církví s cílem shrnout nejdůležitější informace pro poskytnutí hlubšího vhledu do aktuálního stavu problematiky restitucí v České republice. Analytická část je zaměřena regionálně do východních Krkonoš v Královéhradeckém kraji. Práce sleduje a popisuje realizaci projektu ekocentra DOTEK, spočívající v obnově areálu fary v obci Horní Maršov, a jeho zpřístupnění široké veřejnosti. Na závěr práce jsou představeny organizace zabývající se obnovou a údržbou památek církevní podstaty v tomto regionu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with religious monuments as a complex and contemporary theme. The methodological part includes definition of the Church as an institution, a typology of church properties, and a historical perspective of real estate property relationships in order to summarize the most important information to provide a deeper insight into the current status of the issue of restitutions in the Czech Republic. The analytical part is focused regionally in the eastern part of Giant Mountains, located in the Hradec Králové region. The thesis follows and describes a project of an educational and counseling ecocentre DOTEK, which consists in restoring the premises of a rectory in Horní Maršov and making them available to visitors of this region. The last part also presents organizations dealing with rehabilitation and maintenance of monuments of religious nature in this village and its environs. |
