| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji tématice mezinárodního zdanění poplatníků při práci v zahraničí. Popisuji a porovnávám problematiku mezinárodního zdanění příjmů poplatníků ve vybraných státech Evropy, v České republice, ve Slovenské republice a v Německu. Dále jsem také zahrnula do svých studií Keňu, abych uvedla všechny možnosti zdanění příjmů a tím ukázala postup určování daňového rezidentství, různé metody zamezení dvojího zdanění a samotné výpočty daňových povinností. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the topic of the international taxation for Czech employees working abroad. It describes and compares the issue of the international taxation of taxpayer's income in the selected countries - the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Germany and Kenya. This countries has been selected on purpose, for better understanding and complex demonstration of the topic in the practical part of this thesis. The practical part consists of the determination of the tax residency, selection of the method for avoiding double taxation and examples to illustrate how to calculate taxes. |
