| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá systémy pro řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM) a možnostmi jejich rozšiřování a nadstaveb pomocí technologie Business Intelligence (BI). Práce se zaměřuje na specifickou část CRM -- na tzv. "analytické CRM" (aCRM). Problematiku aCRM práce zkoumá komplexně, tedy v celé šíři -- od její historie, důvodů k použití, přes návaznosti na další problematické okruhy podnikové informatiky, až po samotnou výstavbu a realizaci vlastního analytického CRM s využitím technologie BI. |

| Abstract: | Thesis deals with systems for customer relationship management (CRM) and possibility of their expansion and extension using technologies of Business Intelligence (BI). The work focuses on a specific part of CRM - the so-called "analytical CRM" (aCRM). aCRM is examined comprehensively, i.e. in the whole range - from its history and reasons for use, through the problematic relations to other areas of business intelligence. Specification and realization of example aCRM using BI technology is included. |
