| Abstract: | Práce popisuje možnosti zejména operativního řízení nákladů v obchodní organizaci. Vytyčuje požadavky na kvalitní řízení a informační přínos, které má operativní řízení nabízet. Hodnotí, jaká má být struktura rozpočtu personálních nákladů, aby uspokojila informační požadavky managementu. Dále zkoumá, jak se tato struktura liší od struktury skutečných nákladů poskytnutých informačním systémem. Práce popisuje vývoj funkčního nástroje, který má uspokojit informační potřeby pro kvalitní operativní a operativně taktické řízení personálních nákladů v obchodní organizaci. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on options mainly in operational management. It deals with requirements for successful management and values that operational management is supposed to gain. It also studies how the structure of budgeting should ensure to satisfy information requirements of the management. Compare the structure of personnel costs in budgeting and financial accounting system. The thesis describes a research of a functional tool that is supposed to fulfill information requirements for a quality personnel costs management in a trade organization. |
