| Abstract: | Účelem bakalářské práce "Dopad celosvětové finanční krize na hypoteční trh České republiky" je posoudit zda, popřípadě jak velký, měla finanční krize vliv na náš hypoteční trh. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, ve které se budeme zabývat finančními krizemi obecně a hypotečními úvěry. Ve druhé části se nejdříve podíváme na vznik Americké hypoteční krize, a poté se zaměříme na český hypoteční trh. Budeme sledovat zejména vývoj úrokových sazeb, objem nových hypoték, hypoteční úvěry po splatnosti a vývoj cen nemovitostí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis called "The impact of the global financial crises to the mortgage market of the Czech republic" is to evaluate whether, or how big, had the financial crisis impact on our mortgage market. The first part is theoretical and we will study financial crisis in general and we will also define mortgage loan. In the second part we will look at the beginning of the American mortgage crisis and then we will focus on Czech mortgage market. We will monitor the development of the interest rate, mortgage loan overdue and development of the real estate prices. |
