| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi daňové optimalizace vybrané firmy. Cílem je identifikace rizikových bodů a poskytnutí návrhů na jejich řešení. V první kapitole je popsána ekonomická situace podniku pomocí vzorců finanční analýzy. V kapitole druhé je popis konstrukce jednotlivých daní, a zda jsou firmou placeny, v jaké výši a jakými případnými zvláštnostmi. Kapitola třetí se dotýká daňové optimalizace a návrhů na zlepšení současného hospodaření podniku. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the possibilities of the tax optimalization of the chosen company. The goal is the identification of the risk points and the presentation of the suggestions to solv them. In the first part, the economic situation of the company is descripted with the help of the financial analysis formulas. The second part describes the system of each tax, if it is paid by the company and how much it is. It also mentions some possible specialties. The third part deals with taxes optimization and ideas to improve the current economic situacion of the company. |
