| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je "Srovnání hypotečních produktů". Autor provádí porovnání systémů hypotečního uvěřování 2 států, České republiky a Ruska. Samotná práce je rozdělena na 5 hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou hypotečních úvěrů, rozdíly (např.: právní úprava, doklady k vyřízení atd.). Druhá kapitola analyzuje závislost úrokové sazby z úvěrů na určitých parametrech. Třetí kapitola popisuje situaci posledních let, od krize roku 2008 až do současnosti. Čtvrtá kapitola porovnává nabídky TOP3 českých a ruských bank. Pátá kapitola je zaměřena na podvody na trhu nemovitostí. Závěr shrnuje nejvýznamnější rozdíly hypotečního úvěrování v České republice a Rusku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is "A comparison of mortgage products". Author performs the comparison of mortgage lending systems of two states, the Czech Republic and Russia. The thesis is divided into 5 main chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of mortgage loans; the differences (e.g. legislation, documents for processing, etc.). The second chapter analyzes the dependence of interest rates on loans in certain parameters. The third chapter describes the situation of recent years, the crisis of 2008 to the present. The fourth chapter compares TOP3 offers of Czech and Russian banks. The fifth chapter focuses on real estate fraud in the market. The conclusion summarizes the major differences of mortgage lending in the Czech Republic and Russia. |
