| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá hypotečním trhem v České republice. Hlavním cílem je zmapování celkového vývoje hypotečního trhu v ČR a zhodnocení dopadů celosvětové finanční krize. Práce se také snaží vyzdvihnout hlavní faktory, které působí na poptávku po hypotečních úvěrech a poukazuje na významnost hypotečního úvěrování v ekonomice. |
