| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá významným dokumentem dnešní doby - Lisabonskou smlouvou. Práce je členěna do tří hlavních částí. První část se zabývá základními etapami vývoje dokumentu a pomáhá tak osvětlit konečnou podobu Lisabonské smlouvy. Druhá část podrobně charakterizuje právní obsah smlouvy, její jednotlivá ustanovení a jejich význam na fungování EU, to vše s ohledem na původní stav primární legislativy. Třetí, finální, část práce přináší pohled na první dva roky platnosti Lisabonské smlouvy, především s ohledem na závažnou dluhovou krizi. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the thesis is an important document of our time - the Lisbon Treaty. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on 10 years of evolution of the document helping to understand its final form. In the second part, the legal content of the treaty is described. The third and final part presents an overview of the first two years of Lisbon Treaty implementation, with most stress on the prevailing Eurozone debt crisis. |
