| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti FTV Prima, spol. s r.o. k datu 31.7.2012. Práce zahrnuje strategickou analýzu, analýzu finanční situace podniku, finanční plán a ocenění společnosti. V závěru práce je provedena také citlivostní analýza pro zhodnocení případných výkyvů ukazatelů, které mají zásadní vliv na výslednou hodnotu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company FTV Prima,spol. s r.o. to 31.7.2012. The thesis includes strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan and valuation of the company. At the end of this thesis is also executed sensitivity analysis to assess possible fluctuations of indicators that have major impact on the market value. |
