| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je porovnání účinků konkursu a reorganizace. V roce 2008 nabyl účinnosti nový insolvenční zákon, který měl usnadnit reorganizaci podniků tj. zachování jejich provozu se stejným nebo podobným výrobním programem, či rozsahem nabízených služeb. Záměrem této práce je zhodnotit působení zákona v dosavadní praxi na několika konkrétních případech. Cílem analýzy těchto příkladů bylo zjistit, zda dlužníci tuto novou variantu řešení úpadku využívají, případně proč reorganizací neprobíhá více |

| Abstract: | The topic of this thesis is to compare the effects of bankruptcy and reorganization. In 2008, the new Insolvency Act come in force, which should facilitate the reorganization of companies i.e., maintaining their operation with the same or similar production program, or range of offered services. The intention of this work is to evaluate the effect of the practice of law in a few specific cases. The aim of analysis of these examples was to determine whether borrowers use this new option of the solution of bankruptcy or why reorganizations do not take place more. |
