| Abstract: | V diplomové práci se zabývám postoji obyvatel v pěti obcích Jihočeského kraje k lidem s handicapem. V teoretické části se věnuji vymezení pojmů a postoji k lidem s handicapem v historii a současnosti. V praktické části se zabývám postoji obyvatel ve zvolených obcích a možnými faktory, které tyto postoje formují. Cílem práce bude nalézt vhodné nástroje pro organizace veřejného sektoru, jež by mohly obyvatele motivovat k toleranci a sociálně udržitelnému rozvoji komunit těchto obcí. |

| Abstract: | In this thesis I deal with the attitudes of the poupulation to people with this disabilities in five municipalities of South Bohemian Region. The theoretical part drala with definitions and attitudes towards people with disabilities in the history and prezent. In the practical part drala with the attitudes of the population in selected municipalities and the possible factors that shape these attitudes. Aim of this study is to find appropriate tools for public sector organizations that could motivate people to be tolerant and socially sustainable development of communities of these municipalities. |
