| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou hospodaření města Pelhřimov (s důrazem na kapitálovou část rozpočtu) v letech 2009 -- 2011. Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu rozpočtu a investičních projektů města. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou uvedeny jednotlivé pojmy týkající se rozpočtu, rozpočtové skladby, příjmů a výdajů rozpočtu obce. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou rozpočtu města a určením výrazných odchylek, výpočtem finančních ukazatelů a zhodnocení investičních projektů města. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor work deals with the analysis of economy of the town Pelhřimov (with emphasis on the capital part of the budget) during years 2009 to 2011. This thesis is focused on budget analysis and investment projects of the town. In the theoretical - methodological part are described individual concepts regarding to the budget, budget structure, incomes and expenditures budget of the municipality. The practical part deals with analyzing the municipal budget and determination of the significant deviations, calculating of financial indicators and assessment of the town investment projects. |
