| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spojenou s postavením cizinců na českém trhu práce, a to z hlediska jejich počtu, státní příslušnosti, klasifikace, zaměstnání a dalších ukazatelů. Je zaměřena především na imigranty ze zemí mimo EU a jejich nejpočetnější skupiny. Tato práce zkoumá faktory, které tyto skupiny motivovaly ve výběru ČR jako cílové země. Práce se skládá ze dvou na sebe navazujících celků, z nichž první obsahuje teoretický základ fungování trhu práce (časti pracovního trhu, historické souvislosti, rozdíly mezi zaměstnáváním osob z EU/EHP a cizinců ze zemí mimo EU, současnou situaci na trhu práce apod.). Další část je věnována analytickému zkoumání daného tématu. Dotazníky a SWOT analýza pomáhají ujasnit, zda je cizí pracovní síla pro Českou republiku přínosem a do jaké míry představuje pro ČR nákladovou položku. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the problems associated with the foreigners' position in the Czech labor market. Mainly in terms of their amount, nationality and employment classification. Thesis is mainly focused on the largest groups of non EU citizens. This paper examines the factors that motivate these groups to select CR as the country of their destination. This work consists of two consecutive units. The first one contains theoretical basis for the functioning of the labor market (parts of the labor market, historical context, the differences between the employment of persons from EU / EEA and foreign nationals from countries outside the EU, the current situation on the labor market, etc.). The second part is concentrated on the analytical exploration of the topic. The questionnaires and SWOT analysis helps to clarify whether the foreign labor force is the benefit for the Czech Republic and what impact does it makes on the cost items for the CR. |
