| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem tvorby podnikatelského záměru a plánu realizace v neziskovém sektoru v oblasti kultury, konkrétně výstavnictví. Na základě teoretického rámce managementu a specifik kulturních projektů, vznikl koncept výstavy včetně doprovodného programu a podnikatelský plán jako nástroj pro komunikaci s potenciálními partnery. Formulaci podnikatelského a realizačního plánu předchází teoretická analýza přístupů jejich zpracování z oblasti komerční i neziskové sféry. Na základě výsledků provedených analýz jsou aplikovány nejvhodnější metody a techniky managementu včetně ekonomické analýzy. Práce je komplexním průvodcem přípravy a realizace uměleckého projektu, interaktivní výstavy Body Moving, prezentující přední díla světových uměleckých a tanečních skupin. Výstupem praktické části je kompletní scénář výstavy, podrobný realizační plán a podnikatelský záměr výstavního projektu včetně rizik a jejich eliminace. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this M.A. thesis covers a business plan creation and implementation in the non-profit sector, in the field of culture, specifically in organisation of exhibitions. The exhibition concept including accompanying activities along with a detailed business plan, which will be used for communication with potential partners, was created on the basis of a theoretical framework of management and cultural-based project specifications. The business plan and the implementation plan formulation will be preceded by a theoretical analysis of approaches and their treatments from both the commercial as well as the non profit sphere. The most suitable methods and management technologies including economical analysis will be applied in accordance with the results of the executed analysis. This thesis compromises a complex art project preparation and its implementation guide. The 'Body Moving' interactive exhibition will show pieces of art of prominent world re-known artistic and dance groups. The practical output of this thesis is represented by a complex exhibition scenario, a detailed implementation plan and a business plans that also includes all risks descriptions and their eliminations. |
