Následně jsou tyto hodnoty použity k porovnání s motivačním profilem definovaných cílových skupin, s cílem porovnat vzájemnou podobnost těchto profilů, což by mělo pomoci určit, zda se v daných cílových skupinách nacházejí noví potenciální trenéři atletiky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to find motivational sources of contemparary trainers at the Athletic Club Stodulky Praha. Subsequently, these values are used to compare with the motivational profile ot the defined target groups in order to compare the similarity of these profiles, which should help to determine whether in these defined target groups might be found some potential new athletics coaches. |
