| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou motivace pracovníků ve stavebním podniku. Cílem práce je zpracování teoretických východisek, následná analýza motivačního prostředí stavebního podniku a vyhodnocení využití jednotlivých motivačních faktorů. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Nejprve se zabývá teoretickými východisky daného tématu, jako motivací becně, podrobněji motivací pracovního jednání. Tato východiska jsou podkladem pro zkoumání motivace pracovníků ve stavebním podniku. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření jsou zjišťovány faktory nejvíce ovlivňující pracovní motivaci. Vymezeno je 7 oblastí a 22 motivačních faktorů. Stěžejní částí práce je praktický výzkum a jeho vyhodnocení, na jehož základě jsou identifikovány problémové oblasti pracovní motivace a vypracována doporučení na zlepšení motivace pracovníků. Závěry z této práce by se mohly stát podkladem pro vypracování vhodného motivačního programu, který v současnosti není ve stavebním podniku vytvořen. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on analysis of motivation of employees in the construction company. The aim is to elaborate the theoretical ground, further to analyze motivational environment in the construction company and to evaluate the use of factors of motivation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with theoretical basis of the topic like motivation in general, further with motivation of employees. These points are the basis for research of motivation of employees in the construction company. Through the survey are identified factors which influence employee motivation the most. There are specified seven areas and 22 factors of motivation. The main section of this thesis is the practical research and its evaluation. Through the results are identified problem areas of motivation and formulated recommendations to improve motivation of employees. The conclusion of this thesis could be the basis for developing an appropriate motivational program that is not yet established in the construction company. |
