| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá praktickým fungováním logistických procesů ve výrobě a jejím okolí, konkrétně ve společnosti Continental Automotive s.r.o., velké zavedené globální společnosti zabývající se výrobou a dodáváním komponentů převážně pro automobilový průmysl. Konkrétně jak na sebe jednotlivé procesy navazují, co všechno je ovlivňuje, jaké problémy je mohou ohrozit nebo naopak jak se dají zrychlit a zefektivnit. |
