| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést strategickou analýzu podniku Palmknihy s.r.o.. V první části práce je nastíněna základní terminologie a teoreticko-metodologický aparát používaný pro strategickou analýzu. Ve druhé praktické části jsou na základě teoretických poznatků řadou analýz zjišťovány hrozby a příležitosti a silné a slabé stránky podniku. K vyhodnocení výsledků předchozích analýz je použita analýza SWOT a na jejím základě jsou formulována strategická doporučení, která by měla být nápomocná v dalším rozvoji společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a strategy analysis of Palmknihy s.r.o. company. The first part of the document contains a basic terminology and theoretic basis used for the strategy analysis. Concerning the theoretic part the second part discloses opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. A SWOT analysis evaluates results of previous analysis' and offers foundations for strategic recommendations. |
