| Abstract: | Smyslem diplomové práce je v teoretické části nejprve představit personální práci jako celek, její metody a úlohu v organizaci, včetně zásad realizace personální práce -- tedy personální strategii a personální politiku. Praktická část je pak zaměřena na popis průběhu personálních činností vybraného zdravotnického zařízení v praxi a porovnání se zjištěnými teoretickými východisky. Cílem práce je proniknout do personální problematiky tohoto zdravotnického zařízení a zjistit způsoby a úroveň vybraných personálních činností. Dále na základě porovnání s teoretickými východisky, zjištěnými studiem příslušné odborné literatury, vyzdvihnout či upozornit na případné nedostatky a stanovit doporučení a návrhy, které by mohly vést k efektivnějšímu výkonu dané personální činnosti. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this thesis is the theoretical part, I imagine personnel work as a whole, its methods and role in the organization, including the implementation of the principles of HR work - HR strategy and personnel policy. The practical part is focused on the description of the personal activities of selected medical devices in practice and compared with theoretical solutions identified. The goal is to penetrate the personnel issues of this medical device, and find ways and levels of selected personal activities. Furthermore, based on comparison with theoretical approaches, the study identified the relevant scientific literature, highlight or draw attention to any deficiencies identified and recommendations and proposals that could lead to more effective performance of the HR activities. |
