| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu kupního chování spotřebitelů na trhu s nábytkem a bytovými doplňky. V úvodní části je definováno kupní chování. Jsou zde popsány kulturní, sociální, personální a psychologické faktory, které při rozhodování spotřebitele ovlivňují, a fáze kupního rozhodovacího procesu. V dalších kapitolách je uvedena charakteristika českého spotřebitele, specifické metody prodejců nábytku a zhodnocení trhu s nábytkem v České republice. Poslední kapitola je věnována výsledkům dotazníkového šetření, týkajícího se nákupního chování spotřebitelů na trhu s nábytkem a bytovými doplňky. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the analysis of purchasing behavior of consumers in the furniture market. In the introductory part is defined the purchase behavior. There is described the cultural, social, personal and psychological factors that influence consumer decision-making, and stages of purchase decision making process. The following chapters describe characteristics of Czech consumers, specific methods of furniture retailers and evaluation of the furniture market in the Czech Republic. The last chapter is devoted to the results of a questionnaire survey concerning the purchasing behavior of consumers in the market of furniture and household accessories. |
