| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analýza konkrétního elektronického obchodu WayToBook zabývajícího se prodejem elektronických a audio knih. Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole práce jsou uvedena teoretická východiska a základní pojmy, klady a zápory internetového obchodu pro prodejce a zákazníky. V druhé kapitole je věnována pozornost charakteristice elektronického obchodu WayToBook, jeho nabídce, sortimentu, podmínkám pro používání, knižnímu pirátství a zákazníkům elektronického obchodu. Ve třetí kapitole je analyzována cenová politika elektronického obchodu a používané platební systémy. Poslední kapitola se zabývá podporou prodeje a reklamou. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is the analysis of WayToBook, a specific electronic shop dealing with the sale of electronic and audio books. This work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter includes the theoretical background, the basic concepts, and the advantages and disadvantages of an online store for dealers and customers. The second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of WayToBook's electronic shop: its range of products, conditions of use, book piracy, and e-commerce customers. The third chapter analyzes the pricing policy of this electronic shop and its use of payment systems. The last chapter deals with the sales support and advertising. |
