| Abstract: | Podnikatelský záměr je zaměřen na založení společnosti, zabývající se digitalizací analogových videozáznamů, audiozáznamů a papírových fotografií. Struktura teoretické části koresponduje s praktickou částí práce. Jsou definovány všechny podstatné části podnikatelského plánu se zaměřením na důkladný popis firmy, analýzu trhu, marketingovou a obchodní strategii, realizační projektový plán, finanční plán a definování hlavních předpokladů úspěšnosti a rizik projektu. Praktická část dokazuje pomocí všech výše zmíněných částí životaschopnost podnikatelského záměru. |

| Abstract: | Business plan focuses on establishing a new company dealing with digitizing analog records, audio records and paper photos. Structure of theoretical part corresponds with the structure of practical part of diploma thesis. All necessary parts of the business plan are defined with emphasis on detailed company description, market analysis, marketing and business strategy, project implementation plan, financial plan, main success assumptions and project risk. Practical part proves the viability of the business plan by using all the above mentioned parts. |
