| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice trestání za spáchané trestné činy. Okrajově se práce zabývá trestným činem,trestněprávní odpovědností a skutkovou podstatou trestného činu. Práce je rozdělena na kapitoly, první kapitola popisuje okrajově pojmy zmíněné výše, druhá kapitola popisuje jednotlivé druhy trestů, třetí kapitola udává přehled o statistice trestů. |

The work is divided into chapters, the first chapter describes marginally terms mentioned above, the second chapter describes the different types of sentences, the third chapter provides an overview of statistics crimes. |
