| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje pozici testování software podle přístupu Lean software development a jeho aplikací v testovacím týmu. První část práce představuje koncept Lean myšlení a jeho základní principy a dále se práce zaměřuje na samotnou pozici testování podle Lean software development. Tato práce se nejdříve zabývá agilním přístupem k vývoji a pozici testování v Lean software development. Koncept Lean software development definuje několik principů, podle kterých by se měly testovací týmy řídit. Tyto principy a jejich obecná aplikace v testovacích týmech bude následně vysvětlena. Druhá část práce je věnována aplikaci Lean software development ve firmě. Pracuji na testerské pozici a znám již procesy během vývoje a testování, proto je jedním z cílů této práce aplikovat tento přístup v týmu, ve kterém s kolegy zajišťujeme testování softwaru. Nejdříve je nastíněna výchozí situace ve firmě. Uvedeny jsou použité techniky a druhy používaných nástrojů a postupů a také nevýhody a problémy, se kterými se v průběhu testování dle dřívějších standardů potkáváme. Poté následuje text zabývající se aplikací principů Lean software development v našem testovacím týmu a zlepšení a výhody, které přináší. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis describes the position of software testing according to Lean software development approach and its appliacation in testing team. At first. Lean concept is introduced with its basic principles, then the thesis focuses on the position of testing in the Lean software development itself. At the beginning this thesis deals with agile approach to development and software testing position in Lean software development. This concept defines several principles, which should be followed by testing teams. These principles and its general application in testing teams are subsequently explained. The second part is devoted to Lean software development in a real company. I am working as a tester and I already know the development and testing processes -- that's why one of my goals is to apply this approach to our testing team. Firstly the default situation in our company is introduced. Used technics and types of used testing tools are listed together with procedures and also the disadvantages and troubles, which occurred during the original testing process. Then the following parts are devoted to Lean software development principles application in our testing team followed with description of improvements and advantages delivered by the principles. |
