| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vypracování podnikatelského plánu svatební agentury. V teoretické části se věnuji samotnému rozboru jednotlivých částí podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části aplikuji tyto poznatky na konkrétní zakladatelský projekt, u kterého vycházím z poznatků o principech fungování svatebních agentur u nás a analýzy konkurence. Výsledkem je zpracování unikátního podnikatelského záměru, který by měl být schopen začít fungovat v reálných současných podmínkách. V závěru se ve větší míře věnuji specifickým druhům rizika, která jsou s tímto typem podnikání spojena a snažím se najít nejvhodnější způsob jejich předcházení a řízení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on a creation of the business plan of a wedding agency. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of individual parts of the business plan. In the practical part I will apply this knowledge to a specific foundation project, with a regard to the functioning principles of wedding agencies in our country and also to competitor analysis. The result is a unique business plan, which should succeed in current real conditions. In the end I focuse on possible risks associated with this type of business and try to find the best method how to prevent and control them. |
