| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce analyzuje současné podnikatelské prostředí Kuby. Hlavním cílem je představit ostrov českým obchodníkům, exportérům a podnikatelům, kteří uvažují o navázání obchodních vztahů právě s touto zemí. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První kapitola obsahuje vybrané metody pro analýzu podnikatelského prostředí. Druhá kapitola obsahuje analýzu podnikatelského prostředí metodou PEST analýzy. A třetí část se zabývá investičním klimatem a možnostmi rozšíření vzájemné spolupráce. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the current business environment of Cuba. The main objective is to present the island to Czech businessmen, exporters and entrepreneurs who are thinking of establishing business relations with this country. This thesis has three parts. The first chapter contains chosen methods for analysis of business environment. The second chapter contains the PEST analysis of business environment of Cuba. And the third part applies of investment climate and possibilities of mutual collaboration. |
