| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl identifikovat rizika mezinárodního obchodu, jimž mohou čelit české i zahraniční podnikatelské subjekty, které obchodují na Ukrajině nebo se rozhodnou na ukrajinský trh proniknout prostřednictvím přímých zahraničních investic. První část práce je věnována charakteristice rizik mezinárodního obchodu a možnostem, jak jim předejít. Druhá část se zabývá hlavními riziky, komplikacemi a bariérami vstupu na ukrajinský trh. V závěru práce je hodnoceno obchodování s Ukrajinou jako vysoce rizikové. Součástí práce je i příloha ukazující odlišný vývoj jednotlivých regionů na Ukrajině. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to identify the risks of international trade that could be confronted by Czech and foreign entrepreneurial subjects who trade in Ukraine or decide to enter the Ukrainian market with foreign direct investment. The first part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of risks connected with international trade and opportunities how to overcome them. The second part tackles main risks, complications and barriers to entry the Ukrainian market. As to the final part, trading with Ukraine is evaluated as a subject of a high risk. Enclosure provided serves to show the distinct development of particular regions in Ukraine. |
